{ skylark }xx. darling, darling, please. Don't even try to tell me whats on your mind. Its nothing of importance, its nothing that i would particularly care to hear. Forget it, forget me. I promise you its not that hard. Erase the thoughts from your mind, drown them in your own self pity. Your own problems should be more important. So really, am i that hard to forget? What was it that left me imprinted in your soul? Imprisoned in that chamber you claim to be your heart? No, no, no. Speak no more. For the words you screamed the last time we met, you say meant nothing. But to me, sweetie, they meant everything. And today meant nothing, 'cause you're gone. And i swear then this meant everything to me. Because my heart's not home anymore.
xx. and this empty space left in the seat .xx
The darkness swept over the land as though a large blanket had grown immediately over it. To cover the scarred and broken lands from the bright burning object many called the sun. Alone, a gray wolf padded across the plains. The moon was bright and hauntingly beautiful, with its ghost like shadows and colors illuminating the grasses and rocks. This place seemed haunted with the passed on spirits of the dead who still flourished. To most this would be odd, a horrific experience to those who had frail hearts. But to Skylark, this was just normal. This was life.
She was a dark colored wolf. With her lean body sporting the fur colors black and silver. Her eyes were colored golden and crimson, bi colored seemed to just fit her all the more. Her build was sleek and lean, very athletic and fast. You couldn't catch her if she was having a good running day. Her heart was dark, and to some a black hole. She wasn't the type of wolf you wanted to mess with. She was dark, devilish, demonic. Whatever was dark, you could name her with that. So why have a name like Skylark? Well, she didn't choose it. It was given. But having a light name like that had its advantages. For she was pro at deceiving.
xx. to my right where you should be .xx
This alphess was pro at hiding things as well. Emotions, memories, nothing came by her shield. Though of course at the odd moments in one's life where you break down and let everything pour out, but for Sky, she'd never let it show. If she felt that coming on she'd leave. She always had. Being an alpha, she'd never let down her pack. Being a dark pack leader, she'd never let it be known. She has trust issues too if i might add. Wolves can join and such, but they would have to do something to gain her trust. If a male came along wanting to be alpha? It would take awhile to trust him. For back as a pup, things had caused the mistrust. Eventually it'll become less and less, but for now while she's all alone, her guard is up at all times.
The wolfess stepped up a hill of the plains, the moonlight glimmering off the dancing strands of green grass. The waves of the breeze easily noticed among the grasslands. And the large shadows the scattered trees gave off seemed comforting in ways unexplainable. Yet this was home. Every part of these battered wastelands was part of her home, her own. The chunk of land she owned. It was hers, and only hers to rule... for now.
xx. says; a lot .xx
[ooc:] uhhh, personally i think its horrible. but Muse is not on my side, so its decent {:

x. the chase is on, if you run A dark form lithe through the tall grasses watching the sun fall and moon appear, oh what a dazzling thing the she moon was when she was full. A breeze passed softly swaying the stalks against the moving mass, the pace was uninformative, not running and yet not walking, if it was a horse maybe they'd say it be trotting but with a smoother gait. Vibrant green orbs seem to scan nothing peculiar the fixed in front of the brute watching where he was heading. Trees spotted everywhere across this particular land, none to close to lean over and greet one another. They were spread far apart a good running distance to seek cover, oh how the prey would be in trouble here especially the smaller ones. x. i will fallow you... The dark wolf's body body long and thick, tall and bold. He had a well around build, very even, shoulders oddly broad for a male let alone a wolf. A pelt as black as the night's clouded sky when stars seemed to hide, and a mood and soul to fit it clearly. His talons were oddly longer then normal wolves' because of where he came from, that too explains his massive size. Against the startling darkness his eyes and markings seemed to glow like a beacon, a attribute that gets him in trouble and targeted by most packs, the ones who run him off. He was so tired of that though and so here he was in a land ruled by a dark female and possibly a male, who knows? The brute hadn't picked up another male's scent but he was soon more than likely to. Because where he came from there were no such thing as a lone Alpha-ess. Picking back up on the female's strong scent he fallowed it determined to throw her off guard and hopefully her accept him into her pack, it would be odd to ask a female but it seems no male was around. This wouldn't be too hard for him seeing as the brute was rather attractive in every way. x. and i belong in your arms, My pads carried me over the straight line, the invisible sweet scent was lacing the grass pulling me closer and closer, i couldn't help but get a bit excited before i caught myself and stopped to cool down. Why was i working myself up over meeting a alpha? For me it was too easy to get me happy or in a good mood, no matter how dark my soul or pelt was, i was and still am a very high mannered gentle man, i knew too much and how to push people into thinking lies, but i never did it only when the occasion was called upon. Upon looking up once more my eyes caught sight of the one i was tracking over long distances. A warm feeling filled the air around me, before the brisk breeze took over once more, there was snow patches still hung on the ground which froze my pads. The feeling gave me awkward feelings about time it's self, oh how odd time was especially on wolves. x. dying next to you. Slowly i let myself crease to a soft walk, weaving through the grasses keeping my eyes on the dark maiden. I stopped only yards away and rose my muzzle, deep within my chasm a dark hallow sound erupted split my teeth and stretch my lips over fangs. It was no threatening howl, nor was it a hunting how, neither claiming or leaving. It was a simple howl to make myself known. As my cranial lowered my green orbs caught her stare and my feet slowly brought me closer. As the stalks slowly disappeared my pads finally graced small thicker grass and that's where i stopped. In respect my head fell with my inclined nape and lids ceased over orbs, nose almost napping bright green stripes. " Forgive me mistress for intruding in your lands but im here to join your pack, where's your mate? If you dont mind me asking." My body stood back up into formation and i squared my body up with hers. A bad choice was made next, i let my orbs attract to her stare and i couldn't part my gaze.[/blockquote] word count= 725

{ skylark }xx. so darling, i don't really care. if you were dead or still alive, it wouldn't matter to me. you're a thing of the past, you always will be. i loved you then, but its clear to me that i don't mean a damn thing to you anymore. you say i do, but i know you'll just abuse it. abuse the small amount of trust i had in you to begin with. give up trying. it'll never happen, it'll never be the same, not as it once was. you were never there for me, id search and search for you, to confide. i needed someone to be there for me, but where were you? you never cared about me. I'm changing everything, cause you wont be there for me.
xx. if you were dead or still alive .xx The ebon colored wolf, was unlike most. Her fur coloring was strange, yet still simple. Ebon feathers made up her fur, however a goldenrod lightning bolt with crimson streaks were dyed along her chest, her left hind leg was crimson and her right hind leg, dipped goldenrod. Her eyes were the most remarkable of her appearance; the right was crimson, the left was golden. In this pale moonlight that illuminated the world in blue, these warm colors meshed, creating a glow like effect. Something that wasn't seen in most wolves, and could be somehow intimidating. But she loved this. Her dark core, her swirling black hole for a pumping heart, mixed well with her intentions. xx. i don't care, i don't care .xx A scent came across the vixen's path. Stopping her immediately from conveying the land. Someone was here in her pack. By the scent of it, she knew instantly it was a brute. This would make things interesting, considering she didn't have a mate to rule the land alongside her. Of course it would be odd with a single female ruling the land. But in a world such as this, anything was possible. It showed in this way. The vix heard the soft howl from the hunter who caught her scent. Instantly, Sky turned. Her head held high, such as royalty. She felt like it. The way the male dipped his head to her. Instant, a dark scheming smile spread across the lips of the female. However, it only lasted a few moments. For then it was gone again. Her two toned eyes looked at the male, glimmering with interest, curiosity, and intensity. xx. just go and leave this all behind .xx The voice of this male seemed luring, and she liked it. She stood before the male, her eyes watching him, looking him over. His lyrics didn't surprise her any. Of course someone would be wanting to know where the 'male' was. But at this stage of time, Sky wasn't into letting a brute take over her life. She had her own life, and from her experience, the males were power hungry, and devilish creatures. Oh but she could definitely show them what a bitch was. In no time. It was natural, so to speak. Basically if you crossed her wrong, my my my... you were in for it. " Ah yes, my pack." Her voice was like honey and silk, smooth and somewhat low to match her overall appearance. " You may join. You seem to be a male with great intentions... As for a male, there is none. Only me." She licked her chops, her ebony muzzle glistened within the moonlight. Her eyes locked with the males, the only emotion revealed was being the darkness that rolled around her soul. Another emotion carried that of curiosity. But enough body movements to show the brute his place. " You may call me Skylark. And you are?" xx. 'cause i swear, i don't care .xx [/blockquote]

x. the chase is on, if you run His pelt was oddly kept in mannered for being a lone wolf for almost three years now. Talani was in the prime of his life, he had never felt better than now, pup hood wasn't even as bitter sweet as this. One shade from onyx, he always strive to be the best he could ever be. Even at one time in his life he wanted to turn light or neutral, trying out the lands and creatures around him but at that time didn't suit him. He was better off to reap the darkness as a dark lad. His own mother, poor her, he had broken his mother and father's hearts when he was of age to leave. While his parents; the alphas, and the hunting pack were out he committed a hanest crime. He had slaughtered the pack, the pack he had come to love, the sister and brother he shared secretes with and went hunting along side him. His uncle Bralen was the dark one of the pack, he had been the omega there...why did the alphas keep a dark omega? No one really knew but what was known was that when Tal was born he was the split image of his uncle. His father was black with mahogany stripes down his back, his mother white as the soft snow with pink circles. How did this pup come out so different from his family
[/blockquote] x. i will fallow you... Deep emerald green eyes glowed against such a dark body which somewhat gave off an eerie look, markings the same glowing color didn't help one bit under both of his orb sockets and the broke lacing of stripes on fore appendages. Waiting for a response from the femme his soft salmon tinted worm seeped out caresses his lips watching eyes a minute longer before politely and submissively looking down at the ground once more. He was hoping this display of actions would get him into a pack, for added effect his dark chain curved effortlessly under his bodice curling softly around one thigh. x. and i belong in your arms, I knew she had picked up my scent before i gave a howl to call out to the femme, if only i was sneaky enough to come of down wind to her, but then she would have picked me up by sight. This alpha-ess was very smart, on a hill downwind staring up wind for anything she couldn't catch a whiff of. I would think only brutes knew such of a trick never a female, unless she was raised well in a very structured pack, or possibly raised on her own and had to learn the horrible trades by herself. I let myself shudder at that thought how horrible it would be for a female to grow up alone and have to teach herself tricks, no one liked to be a loner it did wonders of horrible meanings to your body and your soul. At that thought i solemnly laughed how funny it was i was thinking of how horrible that must be when im a dark sire. What a stupid thought. x. dying next to you. I didn't let my submissive act down till she threw me off guard. My cranial jerked up auds flickering forward towards her, my body still rested on haunches. She was the only leader? How could that be, i was sure i had most packs under straught. No pack have i treaded into their lands did not have a alpha male, most didn't have females as sub leaders, and to walk into these lands to see a bold female to rule alone. His brain started to hurt flipping through scenes of different brutes being in lead, she had to of be testing me and fooling around with my head. Instinctively my body almost turned in 360 degrees looking around myself cautiously for a male to be creeping up on my hind quarters, as if this was a trap. What was sad was that this has happened before to me. Timidly I sat back down in front of my new alpha and bowed my head once more accepting her invitation. " Thank you my dame, i'd accept your offer with an open black heart." A smile creased my chops slowly and i got up to all pours planting my feets carefully in spot. My head rose somewhat higher then what it was, making sure not to get out of line. " My name is Talani Miss Skylark, but you and only you can call me Tal if you wish to. { skylark } xx. so now i can see it. but must you make me remember? these painful memories, to whom they shouldnt be. just another emotion i didnt want to feel, i didnt want to let show. no matter what happened, i wouldnt show it. no matter what. id die before i showed my emotions to a stranger. even if he was in my pack, trust was something i had to gain. now i could leave you speechless considering you doubt my wording. though, it depends on whether i feel up to explaining myself, up to giving instruction for a small task to make me believe you. id like to see you try. perhaps one strong howl, to tell the harboring lands that hell was back on earth. that hades hadnt forgotten his children. we'll send the greetings to hell with the sound of our voices.
xx. fake faces everywhere i see .xx
The she-wolf caught a glimps of confusion in the emerald eyes of the brute. all it did was create a small smirk in the groove of her jaw. A hidden smile that was hidden behind her fur. She easily raised an eyebrow. Goldenrod with crimson eyes looking into. Her head held high as if a crown had been placed atop her head. In her own make-believe world, thats where it lay. She sat on her hindquarters, her flickering tail wrapped and rested around her golden paw, showing the tip of her charcoal tail, where it looked as though it had been dipped in blood. the color was a deep red, hardly noticable, but the lighting made it all the more visible. Placed it in your line of sight, you probably couldnt help but notice it. Sky lifted her gaze and looked up to the sky a moment, watching the stars for a split second.
xx. fake people looking back at me .xx
A black object seemed to hover in the air before making one small circle and dropping down from the air with graceful movements. The little bird dropped and easily landed on the wolfess' shoulder. Giving her that demonic pirate kind of feel. The bird flexed his feathers once before placing them at his side. His black body matching the alphas. The cream and red colors matching her markings. It was no wonder that she had chosen this bird to accompany her. He was a looker, for a bird anyway. A dark subtle laugh escaped the canine, her gaze returning to the male infront of her. "You look as though you've never seen a female alpha alone before? You wanted to see a male figure? One wont sneek up on you, dear Tal. The only male that resides here for now is my avian, and you."
xx. sit down, dont tell me .xx
The bird tilted its head at the male infront of him, and turned to the alphess. He dipped his head gently and his charcoal beak only parted slightly. "Pardon me, missus." His voice was smooth, silky. "Hawthorne, my sweet. How many times must i tell you its okay?" Her voice sounded tired. Most likely from the bird seeming to always apologize for such actions. She turned her head a tiny bit to the bird. "We have a member, Hawthorne. You may call him Talani." Her two toned eyes returned to the brute who sat infront of her. "Tal, you may call him Thorne, Hawthorne, whatever you'd like." Her voice was soft. The birds gaze drifted back to the male, and he dipped his head in greeting. "Hello Talani."
xx. dont tell me where i dont belong .xx

Deep eyes watch his new siren intimately. She was perhaps the first female wolf he had come across that hadn't looked all banged up like most xx chromosome wolves. The ones he had crossed paths with had been lame, scars all over patches of fur missing and fucked up eyes. A small laugh creased his lips and spilled out onto the ground like acid rain, noticing his small out burst he immediately looked won and away from the alpha wolf before him. Flicker caught his eyes once more and he once more looked up at sky, oh how lovely she really was, he was sure enough to be happy in this pack surrounded by a nice dame and a very attractive one at that. Bowing his head once more he didnt look down at the floral around his footage, instead he watched her chest move with every breath how it made the goldish looking lightening bolt stick out far immensely and the little flick of her own chain made the maroon tip of it stick out more. When he looked up to her muzzle then eyes, they both seem to be a little out of place, was she looking at the dark sky? He didnt know because she soon looked down at him and as intimidating as her stare was, everything in him told him to look away but his eyes were far too fixated on the tri colored eyes.
I could barely see the bird that swooped besides it's red and white marks against its wings, it seem to almost suit perfectly with it's mistress. My eyes glued to the bird for in all my years ive nevr seen a bird of these colors, possibly it only belonged to these lands or it was a new breed? My crane took my head on a wild trip shaking it softly at the thoughts ticking away softly in it. Something moved on my legs but i held my composure for i knew exactly what was there. Smirk lined my lips for the other bird would possibly know what it was there, blending into my markings, only difference was the textures one with fur the other with silky feathers. I caught her gaze again and politely looked down at my leg watching those beady reddish eyes look back at me. "No madam, where i was birth and the lands ive layed to waste i've never came across a lone alpha-ess before, may i ask what happened to your mate? Or have you got none?" I was once again pushing my boundaries, which i seemed to be all too good with now a days. My bod tensed ready for punishment for asking such sentimental values. But my muzzle changed when she added me, she had accepted myself as part of her pack.
At the bird's curtsy he himself tilted his head greeting the bird. While the wolfess was speaking with her bird i had a simple thought argument with my own bird. Come on Tale you need to be known, no dont be stupid if you dont show your self ill make you seen. Low growl was emitted before looking back up to the female noticing her ending words. Hes emotionless facade seem to lighten up when she mentioned him once more, he couldn't help it, she was just so pretty that her own velvet words seem to stab at his brain with it's seamlessly intensity. Licking his muzzle once he nodded again before opening his own lips to speak. "Well hello there Thorne. I have my own little someone to introduce to you two." NO! Before even paying attention to the soft voice in his head, his crane arched and jaws opened making it seem like he was soothing a itch on his legs. Instead his firmly clamped his jowls around a green body the same color as his markings, and threw his head back to toss the figure in the air.
Uneasily she was thrown into the air against will. This wouldn't be the first time this has happened but she'd deal with it either way. Reaching maximum height her body flipped over and wings tossed outreached one on either side. She propelled herself higher into the sky before turning around and diving towards the earth to swoop over her master's head and coming inches away from sky's body. Swiftly her tiny frame turned around and landed on Tal's head. "Hello there, my name is err...Tale."

{ skylark }xx. what an introduction. my, my, id have to hand it to him. such an unexpected move from you, Talani. but perhaps thats why im so entrigued. the boy has style, anytone can see that. even his name sparks interest. Oh, and his little bird too. Now im not trying to sound like some scary witch of some sort, but im definately glad a wolf of his nature came to join my so called, humble, land. i finally had a devilish male to share this great peice of earth with. and how handsome he was, asking about the male. an alpha, was he worrying about? Hadnt i already told him there was none? id get it through his little gorgeous thick skull that i was alone. that i had been.you're on your own my little nightmare.
xx. your job is done here .xx A small chuckle escaped the female's throat as she watched the scene unfold before her. Sky's duel colored eyes took in the little bird. " Well hello there Tale." Her silky smooth lyrics purred. A dark smirk frew on the wolf's maw. " Aren't you a doll?" She spoke so delicately, as she stood and tooka couple steps toward Talani and Tale. She looked in close detail at the little bird then to Hawthorne. " Hawthorne, my dear, take Tale to observe the lands. But be careful; shes a delicate little thing." Sky cooed and then took a seat infront of Talani as Hawthorne nodded and took flight, waiting for the little green bird. xx. you've scared them all to death .xx Now as the avians had flown off, the alphas attention was turned to the brute infront of her. She sat up a bit straighter, the wind ruffling the maroon and ebony fur that covered her chest. A small smile hinted on one corner of her mouth. Let me explain this. There never has been a male. You see, where I grew up, wolves like me werent attractive at all. And my dark ways made me an outcast anyway. So there isnt a male, nor has there ever been one." She finished with a flick of her tail. " Lets take a walk, shall we?" Not waiting for an answer, she stood and began walking down the dark moonlit path. xx. if they revive, then just sit there .xx The young wolfess began walking. her steps were graceful. It seemed as if she had the power enough to crumble enemy armies, with only grace and lust. The blanched moonlight flowed off the females golden streak that rested upon her shoulders. Along with her hind right leg, and a hauntingly glmmering blood color that covered her back left leg. She was painstakingly beautiful. But honestly, she'd probably never know. xx. just smile dear, make them thankful for every breath .xx [/blockquote]

{. Talani .} • Smirk slowly displayed upon creased maw, he knew she'd find what the two did somewhat amusing. Good, finally someone broke the dark haze over both of them. Without looking up to his partner he could feel a shift in body language, what the alpha had sad seemed to coo her frets to a way low. Tale seemed somewhat happy, how weird for him to feel that sensation from her, she hadn't been on edge but ever sense Talani made it his mission to be greeted into a pack. When Thorne went to Tale's side she looked somewhat down and over at her master, almost as if it was a child asking it's parent if it was alright for them to go play ten feet away. A slow nod was given in response before words seemed to escape almost tenderly. "My love it is fine, i promise. Have fun and dont try to do anything out of line." How weird was this, he almost had a growing passion for his little bird, was this how wolves were supposed to feel about their friends? As if they were their other half, and greatly needed in the life of them. Who knows but Talani knew he felt as if Tale was his sister, or even his own daughter.
• Having all of her attention on him his body sorta tightened softly, head dipped lower then hers to show his position against her. Tal didn't even want to try to test her position, at least not today or this week for that matter. The same wind seemed to hit him seconds after the she-demon, as if they were miles apart and the wind connecting the two together in a misty chilling way. "Are you sure your brutes there weren't a bit blind or something? Because i don't mean to go out of line with what im about to say..." Tones almost instantly cutting off raising neon orbs up to meet her's, what a defiant way to state his point. "But you seem like your the total opposite, i've never come across a female so beautiful as you...and mind you i have seen plenty of wolf-ess in my life. " Almost trying to break his somewhat tense body he chuckled at how he mentioned the females he had come across before.
• But he couldn't imagine this female before him, with all her beauty to of never court with a male, have brutes gone madly insane? Because he almost fell over when he first saw her, she was gorgeous for a wolf, he would admit she was even better looking them himself. Ha, he did think so high of himself because he often looks into pools of water at himself, he knew what he looked like to females. Her words seemed to grab his attention taking his mind off of him and females, what a good reason. His crane seemed to moved slightly nodding with his crown, hind appendages seem to thrust his body up almost relentlessly. Watching her move a few feet ahead he pushed himself to fallow behind her, making sure to keep his distance, once more showing his place in the pack. Eyes tried to keep to the sod in front of him but it was somewhat hard, he found all her 'tattoos' interesting the gold and maroon caressing against her black body.

{ skylark }xx. .xx can't you see i'm dying here?
xx. a shot of broken heart that is chased with fear .xx It took a moment for Sky to realize why Tal wasnt next to her. Then ignoring her minor stupid space-out moment, a small quiet laugh escaped. " You dont have to show rank to me Tal. For I already know that you know your place. Just show it infront of the others, but when we're alone like this you may walk by my side, my dear." Her vocals were soft as she spoke, pausing in step to wait for the masculine bodice to reside in space next to her. She then continued on her walk, her two toned orbs gazing out across her darkening land. She almost felt a pang of sadness watching the black sky that was illuminated with stars. xx. the angels cry when stars collide .xx About now was when she decided on how to answer his question. She just smirked and shook her head for a moment. " No. They were light. Of course a female of my nature wouldnt be attractive to them." She smiled a bit. " So anyway, handsome, tell me your story." Her gaze turned to his as she waited patiently for anything he would say. Her eyes scanned over his stunning markings. The glowing green against the black. And secretly she was wondering if she was even as remotely pretty as he was to being stunning. The wonders people had, weren't they funny? Everyone wanted to change themselves to be pretty when they were indeed pretty themselves. xx. i cant eat, and i cant breathe .xx I guess you could say Sky was like that. She was never satisfied with her strange appearance. She had odd markings, odd eyes. Her fur was jagged looking, and her tail was a little longer than most. But perhaps this is what the Lights meant when they always said, ' In beauty lies imperfection.' She was positive she wasnt light, but this one phrase actually made sense to her. Perhaps looking the best was the worst thing to do? Maybe, just maybe, everyone looked past her little problems and deep down to her black hole of a heart, or her stark black personality. Or maybe some did look at her imperfections and decided that it just helped create a great alpha. Honest to god, Sky knew that she would never know. xx. i wouldnt want it any other way .xx [/blockquote]

{. Talani .} • Tal somewhat hesitated on what Skylark said to him. No alpha had ever passed a judgment like that upon him, but she had said only before other members, did she mean the birds? He couldn't think of smelling any other scent then her's and his on the land they had met. Almost questioningly he raised his maw slowly inclining it, nasal passage ways opens and closed taking in breathes and tasting the air around him, no. There were no others here. Lids open slowly fixating on his alpha, coming down from the side of the stars, a ever so small grin had lather it's self right on the corners of his lappets, as well as the smallish grin his eyes lit up, how weird the already glowing green can possibly get any lighter. His markings were like tattoos, no a beacon for any other animal to run at the first glance of him, maybe that's why he barely had any scars to show for. Glancing at her stopped statue his pads carried him closer to her not directly besides her but giving her a inch or two head start, it fulfilled her question and it somewhat eased his nerves.
• My footing almost lost it's grip, i wasn't ready for this, how could i have been ready for it no one has ever asked of my past. Catching myself before stumbling i gave a wearily cheesy smile as if i was blushing somewhat, that couldn't be possible though red against black on me never showed its self. Maybe if i was alabaster then others could tell. I hope she didnt see my slight hesitation on what was happening. Head hung a little bit as they walked further on and eyes scanned the ground wating the sand being squished between massive pads. "My story? Erm, it's nothing too exciting really." I curiously let my eyes glance quickly over at the fae seeing how she would react to what i said, maybe i could tell her about myself a little bit, she was nice enough to tell a small portion about her secretive life so here it goes. Eyes fell down to the earth again as words creased my lips and touched her jaw line to auds. "I was born into a legacy, one every pack member wishes, but I. My father's father was once king of two packs combining black hearten of the north and of the south." Pausing only to lick my lips i pressed on with my somewhat entrancing story. "He was one of the first wolves to be changed back then in our somewhat of an island, everyone looked up to him even I as a small pup, i worshiped him almost if you'd say. As he died my father took on the pride lands, he ruled fiercer than his own father passing a light fae to his alpha. How can that be though? A light female killed my own mom and they had pups the pups were of hers and she wanted one of them to be heir." Teeth bared slowly and i once more pressed on with my story with a deep voice for hate. "While i was training with the hunters the female killed my brothers and sisters just so my father would take her own oldest pup, a neutral. I was livid if thats the proper word for being pissed off, i wanted to kill her my own self so years were spent growing into what i become. I was left not for the alpha pup but for Head hunter as well as Head warrior, i guess whats why im so beefy now. Anyways so one of the bitch's pups became alpha and my dad died but the female lived and lived alongside the new alpha. One day i got tired of being denied my bloodline, i gathered the hunters and warriors and we rebelled." He winced softly but once again he continued. "We went on a blood lust and killed just about everyone in the pack, i was surprised i couldn't even imagine 34 members killing over 100 others, but we were raised to fight so it compensated, my true nature was leashed out that night i was a true dark hearted bastard. We lost a few on our side but it was nothing compared to the damage we done. After our slaughter i went in search of the two who had ruined my life, i found them in the woods fleeing quickly and what i did i will never regret no matter how horrible it was. I didn't kill them no, i broke both their back legs and over a month i barely fed them for they grew weaker and weaker, back then my foster brother's, the hunters and warriors, they all had vultures for birds and at the end of the month i watched as the birds picked at the bodies while they were still alive. That is my dirty little secret. "
• After telling his story he looked softly at her as if he hadn't said anything he just did. Talani sorta felt weird telling her everything, but in a way it felt good opening up wasn't so bad mainly because the listener seemed pretty interested. Her expression and how she even walked sorta tipped him off a bit, Skylark seemed to be in deep thought and it looked like not a good thought at that. As if to get her out of her trance his muzzle nudged her neck softly before looking at her with a puzzled look. "My lady, what is wrong with you?" He nudged her again, and as if in a playful way his ears perked up and his tongue lolled out with chain length whipping his hide on both sides. Any other person's moods wouldn't effect him any much, not like hers when she seemed to be sad he felt a little sad himself how weird...speaking of feeling sad he sorta felt a smidget empty right now. Him and his bird have been inseparable for almost two years and i guess youd say he was feeling a little withdraw like a human on drugs, but it will pass.Hew knew of it.

{ skylark } And every... everything isnt only what it seemed so hold these words that you never told me... its time to say goodbye.
xx. take my hand away .xx His past made sense to her, oddly enough. It sounded quite similar to hers, in odd confusing ways. They had known she was different from the start, but they would never show it. No, of course not! She couldn't be shown differently! She was the true hier to the land there, and they couldnt get the young wolves to get the wrong idea... or could they? Maybe they did, thats what probably turned her dark. Maybe it was her fault they did that? Honestly she wasnt sure herself. All she knew was that she never really did have her gold and maroon markings when she was younger. No, they came on because of something completely different. Not even entirely her fault, and she got so called punished for it. What a lie. She was different, but they had no right to call her out on that. xx. spell it out .xx Sky got shaken from her thoughts, and it was only then when she realized she had been stopped dead in her tracks, just staring into nothing. ' way to go. freak him out in your weird childish ways.' Her thoughts mocked her. She shook her head a bit and lowered her head, sighing. " Yes, sorry about that. I get into my thoughts a lot..." She trailed off a bit and shook her head a bit, as if she could rid the ideas and hurtful words from her head. It did no good what-so-ever. They were there, they always had been there. and they weren't going to leave anytime soon. " Anyway, you must swear to me that you will not share my story to others without complete reason." Her voice was back to holding in authority, and knowing the response ahead of time; she began. xx. tell me i was wrong .xx " So pretty much, i was born into a light land. A pack that appeared light, but was dark on the inside. After i was born, my father killed my mother, and no other pups survived. He took me away and from there i had to live off of a wolfess' milk that resided in our pack. Now i grew to becoming very keen on the smell of blood. After milk, i had to fend for myself. My father? He left for that time. I became one of those snot nosed adolescent wolves, and i chose to leave the pack. I left for a month, stumbled across a young handsome wolf, much like yourself. if i can recall that far back, we loved each other very much. And when my father found this out, he wanted me to have nothing to do with love. You know, after my mother and such. He came and took me away from that young wolf, far away with a lot of force. My pack was big on mythical such, and i never truly believed it until they waited until i was asleep, which was three days after them taking me away, and when i woke up, i looked like this. You see, when i was young i was actually beautiful. In place of these weird red and gold feet, they were white. these stripes were gray, and my eyes were the finest shade of jade. but they cursed me to look like this. The only bad part about that, is that if i were to find that wolf again he probably would never recognize me." She shrugged, and lifted her head a bit exhaling quietly. xx. goodbye .xx [/blockquote]

{. Talani .} • Tal looked to the black heavens that glistened in the moonlight, the wind seemed to of stopped with one last gust rolling the field of dead grass in a breaking step. His thoughts seemed to fixate on his little bird, connecting thoughts with her making sure everything was going smooth. It seemed she was having an okay time, no danger besides hyenas roaming at night. Nasals flared softly taking in all the scents of animals around them, perhaps it seemed quiet and peaceful but deep down nothing was every as it seemed on the surface. Eyes re focused on Sky at her words, a simple nod was given as if to accept her apologies. "No need to apologize, it happens to me loads." A reassuring smile was flashed to back his words up. But he wasn't ready for her next words...nothing could ready him.
• My body stiffen at her story, it sounded so...familiar in an unknown kind of way. For the way she explained how she used to look reminded me of a young fae I came across once before when I was just a young brute myself. My walk was halted almost immediately realizing who my Alpha was, and who she is now. Glowing orbs turned on the ground to think more, this couldn't be true, she couldn't be the wolven i had fallen in love with back when i was getting dethroned of my genes. Head lurked and snapped up, she was her in all my dreams the past would haunt me and the angel was there no matter what was happening. Perhaps this was what fate tasted like, unnerving, edgy, and unexpected. "My lady, i was that brute." My words made me seem confident, but underneath my whole body and soul were deteriorating. This was a big shock an my brain spin in its case making vision hazy for a few long seconds. This is why i was driven here, why i could not rest till i came this way. A fork in the road and my body jerked me right, right into her lands, what a coincidence.

{ skylark }
you could crush me but please dont crush me. 'cause baby im a dreamer. I listened to Talani tell me the words i should have been happy to hear. I lowered my ears a bit with my head before stopping dead in my tracks and sitting to stare at the sky. "You really think so?" My voice was soft as i pondered the idea. My tail beat the ground as if i was impatient. I stood and shook my head and looked over at Talani. "You might be right." I said calmly, my vocals soft as i studied him. I wasnt sure what to think right now, really. Did he still feel the same for me? or was it just some childhood crush? I pondered on that idea as the wind blew my crimson fur around my ebon one. I shook my head some, trying to see if i could get my fur to settle right again.
